4 HD Camcorders for Cheapskates

These cameras are all under $300 and are perfect for shooting on the fly or just making a video for the web, but don’t count on them for something important. Technically the video they record is at least 1280 x 720 pixels progressive, at 30 fps but they still can’t compare to what you’d get from a full-featured, full-priced, dedicated HD camcorder.
